This study proposes an agility model for the supply chain management of perishable goods aiming
to maximize agility, reduce perishing of goods, and minimize the time of distributing goods through the
systematic retail distribution system. The proposed model creates an integrated and agile supply chain by
forming an information and operational bridge between different sections of the supply chain. The study
employs the Benders Exact Solution method and Epsilon-Constraint method to solve the complexities
involved in the model. The results show that an agile supply chain plays a crucial role in delivering products
on time, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and customer satisfaction. The study also emphasizes the
importance of reducing transportation costs and optimizing energy consumption for organizations.
Furthermore, the paper provides a literature review of other related research in the field of supply chain
management. In conclusion, the research proposes practical suggestions for implementing the proposed model
and optimizing transportation planning to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
