Abstract

Tesla Inc. has since become a global leader in electric vehicles and clean energy. The company focuses on designing, manufacturing electric cars, battery storage, and related products and services, experiencing continuous rapid growth in its business and market share. Based on panel data, this paper conducts a comprehensive business analysis of Tesla, including its business model, operations management, marketing strategies, financial performance, and stock valuation. It highlights that the company still faces significant opportunities and challenges: overvaluation of its stock, emerging competitive challenges, lower net profits relative to revenue, and a somewhat unclear corporate positioning. By addressing the issues of overvaluation, improving net profits, effectively handling competition, and refining its corporate positioning, Tesla can achieve sustainable development and continue to lead the new energy revolution in the future.
