Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of Belt and Road mass organizations in facilitating non-governmental diplomacy with the ASEAN countries and advancing the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative. While the Belt and Road initiative has gained significant attention in international relations, empirical research on the effectiveness of mass organizations in ASEAN foreign affairs services remains limited. Our research combines various methodologies, including theoretical analysis and empirical investigations, to provide evidence-based insights into the impact of mass organizations on ASEAN foreign affairs services. By bridging the gap in this area, our study aims to offer valuable theoretical guidance and policy recommendations to enhance decision-making practices in ASEAN foreign affairs
