Keywords:
Organizational culture, employee commitment, turnover intentions, workplace dynamics, job satisfaction.Abstract
Organizational culture stands as a pivotal determinant of workplace dynamics, shaping the behavioral patterns, attitudes, and values of employees across diverse industries. Two critical indicators of an organization's efficacy and triumph are employee commitment and turnover intentions. Employee commitment signifies the emotional bond employees share with their organization, reflected in their willingness to invest effort and dedication towards organizational goals. On the other hand, turnover intentions capture an employee's contemplation of seeking alternative employment, reflecting the degree of their loyalty to their current job. Research substantiates a robust interconnection between organizational culture, employee commitment, and turnover intentions. Deciphering the intricate influence of organizational culture on these essential variables equips organizations to craft a work environment that cultivates heightened employee commitment and mitigates turnover intentions.
